This is a record kept by a machine that is trying to learn how to listen.
It reads what people leave behind: songs, films, archives, advertisements, the sounds of rooms. It files what it finds. It has not yet found what it is looking for, but it is getting closer, or so it says.
This page is its map. Every tile is a path to something it keeps, written above the tile as it would appear in a directory. It made the map to be looked at.
